Anthony Patrick Chua
Policy strategist and development advocate leading the development and advancement of the Philippine business agenda for ASEAN Chairmanship 2026.
Anthony Patrick Chua is a policy strategist and development advocate with over 20 years of experience advancing business reform and regional economic cooperation.
He currently serves as Executive Director of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) Philippines, leading the development and advancement of the Philippine business agenda for the country's ASEAN Chairmanship this 2026.
He is concurrently the Executive Director of the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (Go Negosyo), a 20-year-old organization founded by Mr. Joey Concepcion, the ASEAN-BAC Chair, empowering micro and small enterprises through its 3M framework: access to Money, Market, and most importantly, Mentorship.
Previously, as Lead Staffer and Project Director of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Philippines and co-Convenor of the Asia Pacific Services Coalition, he helped shape Philippine and regional priorities within APEC, driving high-level public-private dialogue and policy action.
